Video Slot Machine Buttons
Video slot machines often have multiple paylines and betting options. This explains why there are more buttons in video slots than old-fashioned slots. On the front screen of a video slot machine, you will see usually two rows of buttons. The first let you specify the number of coins to wager for each spin. Simpler slots have only 3-5 maximum coin bets. Modern video slots can allow up to 25 maximum coins per bet. The buttons may go something like 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25. The minimum bet is to your left and the max is to your right.
On a second row you will find the buttons for max betting, cash out and number of paylines to play for on each spin. As complex as video slots go, you can play for as many as 20 paylines going in all kinds of directions across the reels.
When you bet on multiple pay lines, you will see these lines displayed (usually in different colors) so you know where the symbols have to go to pay. You may see horizontal, vertical and diagonal lines and other patterns.

Bet 1 (or 2 or 5 or 10) - Tells the video slot how many credits to wager
Bet Max - Short cut for the maximum number of coins allowed
Cash Credits - When you want to withdraw your money, click this button

Play Video Slot Machines Step by Step
1. Before anything else, insert your slot card. You can get one by joining your casino's slot players' club.
2. Find a video slot machine to play.
3. Insert your slot card.
4. Deposit money into the video slot machine with coins or bills.
5. Bet as many credits as you like that are allowed.
6. Specify the number of paylines.
7. Pray for a win.
8. Spin the reels! (Don't pray after this; the results are already done as soon as you click spin.)
9. Cash out when you want to stop playing.
10. Take out your slot card.
